About Us
Iramoo is a fully accredited Kids – Go For Your Life school promoting all aspects of this program including the provision of fresh fruit to every child every day. We are affiliated with the Western Bulldogs Football Club and conduct the Bulldog Friendly Schools program each year.
Our students have the opportunity to have private guitar and keyboard lessons during the school day and can choose to join our choir or band. Preschool aged children enrolled at Iramoo participate in an extensive Prep Transition program where they are invited to attend school for one hour each week throughout the term before they begin school.
Iramoo students have access to a school psychologist and we have our own chaplain and speech pathologist on staff. Special support programs are conducted for students with disabilities or impairments and for students learning English as a Second Language. Children with special talents and interests are also catered for via individual programs to challenge them and extend their strengths.
Iramoo Primary School has stimulating and safe adventure playground facilities, synthetic turf sports field and a full sized gymnasium. The school also has state of the art ICT facilities, a very well resourced library and a healthy food canteen operating each day.
